A sunny year
Not all years allow for the production of a vintage. We select only exceptional years worthy of the name for the blending of an incomparable cuvée.
The year 2015 in Champagne was marked by a remarkable heatwave. After a winter with normal seasonal temperatures, the region was hit by high temperatures from May. At mid-August rain finally arrived, allowing the grape to thrive and begin its maturation process.
Before the first cuts of the pruning shears, we carefully monitored, as we do every year, the evolution of the maturation of the grape clusters to ensure we obtain high-quality juice. The 2015 harvest stands out for the optimal quality of the grapes, ideal for blending an exceptional vintage. This 2015 cuvée promises rich and balanced flavors, a perfect reflection of a remarkable climatic year.
Our recommendations
To preserve the quality of the wine, it is recommended to store your bottles horizontally, preferably in a cellar, or in the dark, at a constant temperature between 10°C and 15 °C. Before tasting, it is advisable to store the bottle in the refrigerator for several hours. The ideal tasting temperature of the champagne is 8°C. This temperature allows the wine’s natural aromas to develop and fully express themselves.
