Our Champagne Brut, an iconic cuvée, is a blend predominantly made from Chardonnay which offers a remarkable balance on the nose and palate, combining finesse and power. Tasting reveals generous fruity and toasted notes, providing a unique and intense feeling.
– Manual harvest.
– Blended Champagne per excellence.
It combines the delicacy of Chardonnay (65%) with the structure of Pinot Noir (35%), rom the Champagne vineyards.
– Dosage: brut (8g/L) to preserve the character and purity of the wine.
A sumptuous golden robe, luminous and intense.
Rich and perfumed, it reveals irresistible and fresh citrus notes: lemon, clementine, and mandarin. Nuances of dried fruits emerge such as hazelnut and almond paste, along with a yellow fruit touch. The nose concludes with toasted hints.
A fresh, balanced, and round palate develops, accompanied by elegant notes of apple flesh, red, and exotic fruits. The fine and abundant bubbles revive the tasting experience, giving way to crisp and delicious flavors of apricot and peach.
This cuvée enhances a gastronomic journey from the aperitif to the dessert. It perfectly pairs with smoked salmon, sea bass ceviche or scallops. Our Champagne Brut exquisitely suits poultry or white meats. For the sweet tooth, it delicately accompanies desserts with pastry cream, such as mille-feuilles and praline éclairs, as well as fruit desserts like apple pies.

To preserve the quality of the wine, it is recommended to store your bottles horizontally, preferably in a cellar, or in the dark, at a constant temperature between 10°C and 15 °C. Before tasting, it is advisable to store the bottle in the refrigerator for several hours. The ideal tasting temperature of the champagne is 8°C. This temperature allows the wine’s natural aromas to develop and fully express themselves.
