Tasting notes

A sumptuous golden robe, luminous and intense.

Rich and perfumed, it reveals irresistible and fresh citrus notes: lemon, clementine, and mandarin. Nuances of dried fruits emerge such as hazelnut and almond paste, along with a yellow fruit touch. The nose concludes with toasted hints.

A fresh, balanced, and round palate develops, accompanied by elegant notes of apple flesh, red, and exotic fruits. The fine and abundant bubbles revive the tasting experience, giving way to crisp and delicious flavors of apricot and peach.

Our recommendations

To preserve the quality of the wine, it is recommended to store your bottles horizontally, preferably in a cellar, or in the dark, at a constant temperature between 10°C and 15 °C. Before tasting, it is advisable to store the bottle in the refrigerator for several hours. The ideal tasting temperature of the champagne is 8°C. This temperature allows the wine’s natural aromas to develop and fully express themselves.
